Manchester City, who are aiming for the first trophy in the Champions League, faced the toughest rival Real Madrid.

From the first minutes the hosts took control of the ball, and in the second minute they scored a goal. Riyad Mahrez darted past the Madrid defenders and passed to Kevin De Bruyne who scored with a header, the fastest goal in the history of the Champions League semi-final.

Not long before that, Manchester City created a second truly dangerous moment, which also ended in a goal. Gabriel Jesus masterfully dribbled around David Alaba in the penalty area and scored his team’s second goal in the 11th minute.

After that, the hosts could bring the score to a rout, but then the realization failed, Mahrez and Foden had good moments. But after that, Real joined the game after scoring a goal in the 40th minute of the match. Mendy gave a great pass to Benzema, who sent it beautifully into the net.

In an exciting second half, Manchester City looked very good in attack, and this brought success in the 53rd minute, when Foden scored a goal from Fernandinho’s pass.

Real Madrid, however, hit back in an instant thanks to a superb drive by Vinicius Junior and his finish was scoring. Although it seemed that it was only a short-term miss of the hosts, when Bernardo Silva, with a stunning blow past Courtois, again restored the two-goal lead.

The last key moment of the game was Karim Benzema’s goal in the 82nd minute from Panenka’s penalty.

As a result, the match in England ended very productively, the rest of the fight is waiting in Madrid, where we will find out the finalist of this tournament.
