The hosts opened the scoring in the 34th minute. A long-range shot by Sergio Canales, a rebound from the defender, and the ball entered the left corner of Patricio’s goal.
And in the 56th minute, Andrea Belotti sent the ball into an empty target after a cross from the right of Camara, leveling the score.
Betis have scored 10 points and are confidently leading the standings, ahead of Roma by 6 points.
